Memo to All Staff Members
Staff whom have spoken to me within the last week are aware
that there is a requirement for a new attitude in the office. Some
have told Mrs Johnson and I that they're not satisfied with the way
in which that the recent rearrangements have been performed.
Its essential that the staff fully understand the new layout and
its effect on productivity, efficiency and safety.
However I expect a better attitude in future and greater
willingness to give attention to fine detail and quality of service. |
